Biography

David “Sam” Roberson is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of large and boutique firm experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters.  Sam is a Double Dawg graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and School of Law.

Sam has served as Special Assistant Attorney General to the Georgia General Attorney’s office working with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board.  Sam has also served as governmental counsel to several Georgia counties and acted as outside counsel to a number of businesses throughout his career.

Sam’s practice is primarily transactional, and he routinely advises clients on a variety of technological, contractual, and other business-related matters.  His practice involves data privacy, software as a service, commercial real estate, and other business issues.

As the founding partner of Roberson Law, Sam is committed to providing thorough, individualized, and mindful work on behalf of his clients.  He understands the complexity of business relationships, the importance of clear communication, and strives for positive sum outcomes for his clients.

In his free time, Sam is a hobbyist coder (Python, Vyper, C#) and enjoys spending time with his sife and kids on their horse farm, Seven Springs Stables, in Monroe, Georgia.
